Muhluri obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Pretoria and is an admitted attorney of the High Court Of South Africa. Muhluri also did his postgraduate studies where he obtained his LLM at the University of Pretoria specializing in mercantile law.

After the completion of his articles at Karin Meyer Lategan Attorneys as a candidate attorney, a medium sized law firm based in Pretoria specialising in conveyancing and property law, commercial law, wills and administration of estates, he later decided to open his own practice M.A Maluleke Attorneys Inc, where he is a sole and managing director. M.A Maluleke Attorneys Inc and is based in Pretoria, through which he attends to all our conveyancing and notary services
